Ingredients:
raw mushrooms, sliced – 8-10 pcs.
green salad (lettuce, curly endive)
green onions chopped – 2 tbsp. tablespoons
olive oil – 4 tbsp. spoon
the juice of 1 lemon
* vinegar,
black pepper, salt to taste
Cooking method:
Lettuce cut into small pieces, mix, season with butter and salt.
Cover with a layer of mushrooms, sprinkle with onion and pepper, then sprinkle with lemon juice and salt. Let stand for 5-10 minutes and serve.
