Salad in Bulgarian



tomatoes 4 pieces
sweet pepper 1 piece
cucumber 1 piece
onion 1 head
vegetable oil 2 Art. spoons
3% vinegar taste
cheese 100 grams
parsley to taste
dill to taste
salt to taste


Cooking method:

Cucumbers and tomatoes cut into large cubes, pepper – sliced, onions – semirings. Connect the prepared products. Fill with oil, vinegar and salt, mix well.
Put in a salad bowl. Sprinkle with grated cheese and decorate with greenery.
