Rain bolinus


Wheat flour – 1 cup
corn flour – 1/2 cup of
yeast, dry – 1/2 tsp.
sugar – 4 tbsp. Spoon
egg – 1 pc.
milk – 1/2 cup
vegetable oil for frying – 1 cup


Cooking method:

All components are thoroughly mixed until a homogeneous mass, formed into cakes and fry in deep fat. Serve in the form of heat.

Ready bolinus can be sprinkled on top with sugar and ground cinnamon.

Usually these products are baked in the northern and northeastern regions of Brazil in the rainy days, hence the appropriate name.
