Pork steaks with farofoy


Pork steaks – 3 kg of
olive oil – 1/4 cup
garlic – 6 cloves of
wine vinegar – 1 cup of
bay leaves, chopped – 3 pcs.
ground black pepper
For farofy:
corn flour or tapioca – 2 cups
vegetable oil – 1/4 cup
onion, finely chopped – 1 clove
tomatoes without sepmyan, finely chopped -. 4 pcs
green onions, chopped – 1/4 cup
parsley, chopped – 1/4 cup
water – 1 cup


Cooking method:

Oil, vinegar, garlic and bay leaves in a blender to whip with pepper and salt.
Rub the steaks cooked mixture and let stand in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Then the steaks with the seasoning to put on low heat, cover and fry until golden brown. After that, pour 1/2 cup water and simmer until cooked meat. If necessary, add water.

To prepare farofy onions fry in oil until golden brown. Add the flour, tomatoes, green onions, parsley, salt, then pour the water and boil until thick. Farofu steaks served with hot.
