Pork in beer


pork flesh – 2 kg of
beer – 1 cup
onion, finely chopped – 2 heads of
garlic, crushed – 5 cloves
herbs marjoram, chopped – 1 tbsp. spoon
mustard ready – 1 tbsp. spoon
juice of 1/2 lemon


Cooking method:

Beer with onion, garlic, marjoram, mustard, lemon juice and salt in a mixer to whip.
The meat cut into small pieces, combine with cooked seasoning and let stand for at least 5 hours, then bake with seasoning in the oven for 30 minutes until golden brown.
