Lollipops ginger


ground ginger 2/3 cup
sugar 1 kilogram
margarine 1 st. a spoon
lemon juice 1 cup


Cooking method:

All components of the mix, put on fire and boil for 5-10 minutes. The resulting mixture was poured onto a dish greased with margarine and cool, then cut into pieces and wrapped in colorful cellophane paper.
