They taste great and are easy to make!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 cup of butter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 cup peanut butter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 cup of sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 cup brown sugar<br>1 egg<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 teaspoon vanilla<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 1\/4 cups sifted flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3\/4 teaspoon baking soda<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/4 teaspoon of salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instructions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preheat the oven to 375? Mix the first six ingredients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roll into balls and press with a fork dipped in sugar or flour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven until lightly browned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Allow the cookies to cool on a baking sheet for 5 minutes before placing them on a rack to cool completely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enjoy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>These peanut butter cookies are deliciously soft and chewy in the middle.
