{"id":3102,"date":"2025-10-11T17:22:50","date_gmt":"2025-10-11T17:22:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recipesw.com\/?p=3102"},"modified":"2025-10-11T17:22:52","modified_gmt":"2025-10-11T17:22:52","slug":"easy-mexican-street-corn","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipesw.com\/index.php\/2025\/10\/11\/easy-mexican-street-corn\/","title":{"rendered":"Easy Mexican Street Corn"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 ears of corn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc cup of Crema Mexican Agria Sour Cream (regular sour cream will work as well)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc cup of mayonnaise<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cup of Cotija cheese, crumbled<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cloves of garlic, crushed (or finely minced)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc teaspoon of fine sea salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Juice and zest of 1 lime<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4 cup of Cilantro, finely chopped<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon of chipotle chili powder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Instructions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Heat your grill to roughly 400 degrees F.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can grill the corn with the husks on or off. I took the husks off to ensure that I got some nice grill marks on the corn and because I feel like it gives it a nice grilled flavor. FOR HUSKS ON: let your corn soak in water for 10 minutes before grilling.
