Whether you\u2019re hosting a party or simply craving a delightful snack, these Strawberry Bombs are sure to leave a lasting impression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>300g (2 cups) flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 egg<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>45g (1\/4 cup) sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>pinch of salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7g dry yeast<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>140 ml (3\/5 cup) hot milk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>40 g (1\/4 cup) softened butter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the decoration:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whipped cream<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Strawberries, chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Granulated sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/mejoreslugares.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/2-18-240x300.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1350\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Directions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a medium bowl, combine sugar, yeast and milk and stir to dissolve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whisk the egg. Add the flour and salt, and start kneading the dough with a spatula. Then continue kneading with your hands until you get an elastic dough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the softened butter and continue kneading until the butter is well incorporated into the dough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Form a ball with the dough, cover with a tea towel or plastic wrap and let rise for an hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Divide the dough into 8 parts and roll each into a ball. Cover and let stand 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Flatten each ball a little and roll it into a ball again.
