Wet the outer edges with water. With one of the corners facing you, fold the corners on the sides inward and then roll the corner that is closer to you inward and be sure to seal the eggroll completely. Repeat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat oil to 350 degrees that is about 1 inch deep. Fry eggrolls on each side about 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Serve with favorite dipping sauce.
