Drain excess fat if needed.<br>Add chopped onions, bell peppers, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are softened.<br>Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Simmer the mixture for about 10-15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the sauce to thicken.<br>Adjust seasoning to taste and keep the Sloppy Joe filling warm.<br>Assembling Burritos:<br>Place a large flour tortilla on a flat surface.<br>Spoon a portion of cooked white rice onto the center of the tortilla.<br>Add a generous amount of the Sloppy Joe filling on top of the rice.<br>Sprinkle shredded cheese over the filling.<br>Add a dollop of sour cream and sprinkle fresh cilantro on top.<br>Optionally, spoon salsa over the filling for an extra kick.<br>Rolling and Grilling:<br>Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and then roll it up from the bottom to create a burrito.<br>Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat.<br>Place the burritos seam-side down on the hot grill pan.
