Season with salt and pepper.<br>In a shallow dish, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.<br>Dip each chicken breast in buttermilk, then dredge in the flour mixture, coating well.<br>Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.<br>In the same skillet, melt butter. Stir in 2 tbsp flour and cook for 1 minute.<br>Gradually whisk in milk, cooking until the gravy thickens.
