Remove and drain on paper towels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For the gravy, drain all but 1\/4 cup of oil from the skillet and whisk in flour. Cook for 2-3 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gradually whisk in milk, cooking until the gravy thickens.
