{"id":2334,"date":"2024-07-17T14:26:33","date_gmt":"2024-07-17T14:26:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/univerti.com\/?p=2334"},"modified":"2024-07-17T14:26:33","modified_gmt":"2024-07-17T14:26:33","slug":"creamy-hamburger-potato-soup","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipesw.com\/index.php\/2024\/07\/17\/creamy-hamburger-potato-soup\/","title":{"rendered":"Creamy Hamburger Potato Soup"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 1\/2 lbs lean ground beef<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 medium white onion, diced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 large garlic clove, minced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 cups chicken broth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 cups peeled &amp; diced Russet potatoes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cups of your favorite frozen vegetables<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 tsp dried basil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tsp dried parsley flakes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 1\/2 cups milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tbsp cornstarch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed<br>Instructions:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In a skillet, brown the ground beef, onions, and garlic until cooked through. Drain excess grease.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transfer the beef mixture to a crockpot or stockpot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add potatoes, broth, vegetables, basil, and parsley to the pot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cook on low for 6-8 hours in the crockpot or simmer on the stove until the potatoes are tender.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a separate bowl, whisk cornstarch into the milk until smooth.
