Grease and flour a loaf pan.<br>In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, chopped pistachios, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.<br>In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the vegetable oil, yogurt, milk, vanilla extract, and lemon zest.
