Place in the freezer and chill for 15-30 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Make the Chocolate Chip Cookies:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F (175\u00b0C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well incorporated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gradually add the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using a large cookie scoop, scoop out the cookie dough and make a well in the center of each ball.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place a chilled cheesecake mound in the center of each cookie dough ball and fold the dough over, sealing it well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place the stuffed cookie dough balls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 11 minutes.
