{"id":2168,"date":"2024-07-12T12:47:46","date_gmt":"2024-07-12T12:47:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/univerti.com\/?p=2168"},"modified":"2024-07-12T12:47:46","modified_gmt":"2024-07-12T12:47:46","slug":"cheesy-tater-tot-meatloaf-casserole","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipesw.com\/index.php\/2024\/07\/12\/cheesy-tater-tot-meatloaf-casserole\/","title":{"rendered":"Cheesy Tater Tot Meatloaf Casserole"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 cup ketchup<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cup Sweet Baby Ray\u2019s Hickory &amp; Brown Sugar barbecue sauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 lbs lean ground beef<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 Ritz crackers, crushed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 oz Lipton onion soup mix<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 large eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>24 oz frozen tater tots<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4 cup real bacon bits<br>Directions:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a small mixing bowl, combine the ketchup and Sweet Baby Ray\u2019s barbecue sauce. Stir well and set aside.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, crushed Ritz crackers, Lipton onion soup mix, eggs, and 1\/2 cup of the ketchup and barbecue sauce mixture. Mix thoroughly using your hands.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press the meatloaf mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Spread the remaining ketchup and barbecue sauce mixture evenly over the meat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the sauce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sprinkle the shredded cheese and bacon bits over the tater tots.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes.
