{"id":1784,"date":"2024-06-28T12:32:01","date_gmt":"2024-06-28T12:32:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/univerti.com\/?p=1784"},"modified":"2024-06-28T12:32:01","modified_gmt":"2024-06-28T12:32:01","slug":"old-school-spaghetti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipesw.com\/index.php\/2024\/06\/28\/old-school-spaghetti\/","title":{"rendered":"Old-school spaghetti"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>*Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u00b0454 grams rotini (elbow or spaghetti can be substituted)<br>\u00b01\/2 teaspoon kosher salt<br>\u00b02 tablespoons of butter<br>\u00b02 tablespoons olive oil<br>\u00b01 tbsp garlic (minced from the jar)<br>\u00b01 medium green bell pepper<br>\u00b01 medium onion (white or yellow)<br>\u00b0227 grams mushrooms, sliced<br>\u00b01\/2 teaspoon kosher salt<br>\u00b01\/2 teaspoon black pepper<br>\u00b0A bowl with a capacity of<br>\u00b01\/2 liter containing 3\/4 liter containing grated cheese (Mozzarella, Italian Blend or Cheddar)<br>A cup with a capacity of 60 ml containing sour cream<br>\u00b0A bowl with a capacity of<br>\u00b0794 grams of red pasta sauce<br>A bowl with a capacity of<br>\u00b01\/2 liter containing 3\/4 liter containing grated cheese (Mozzarella, Italian Blend or Cheddar)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*Preparation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Using a hand blender or immersion blender, blend 3 ingredients until blended.<br>Bring water to a boil, add salt and pasta and cook according to instructions.<br>Use 2 cups butter and grease a 9 x 12 pan.<br>Dice the green pepper and onion.<br>Slice the mushrooms.<br>Heat 2 cups garlic oil and saut\u00e9 peppers, onions and mushrooms over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.<br>Drain pasta and set aside.<br>Add chopped and crumbled sirloin. Add salt and pepper, dividing the beef into small bites.
