So creamy, sweet, and delicious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/recipesneed.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/442504886_456438083632838_7653522400455019775_n.jpg\" alt=\"Honey Butter Skillet Corn\" class=\"wp-image-3361\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>We live in the Midwest, where corn is abundant and delicious, especially mid-summer when farmers are selling it at little farm stands fresh from their fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s a quick and easy one-pan dish for weeknights (or anytime) that everyone will enjoy!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2\u00a0tablespoons\u00a0butter\u00a0<em>I use salted<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2\u00a0tablespoons\u00a0honey<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00a0bag (16 oz)\u00a0frozen corn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2\u00a0ounces\u00a0cream cheese\u00a0<em>cut into chunks<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4\u00a0teaspoon\u00a0salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4\u00a0teaspoon\u00a0black pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How To Make Honey Butter Skillet Corn<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In a skillet pan, over medium-high heat, melt the butter and honey. Once melted add the frozen corn and cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked through.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add cream cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir together and let it cook, about 3-5 minutes, while stirring occasionally.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve immediately. Leftovers keep well, covered in a container, and stored in the fridge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Notes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The recipe has 6 side dish servings and the nutrition facts are for 6 servings, but if you are feeding little kids you can probably get closer to 8 servings from this recipe.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I love using the gold n\u2019 white corn for this recipe but any frozen corn will work.
