This recipe only has a handful of ingredients and is ready in under 20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the potatoes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Three tablespoons olive oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 unit of weight average measured Yukon Gold or red potatoes, cut into 3\/4-inch wedges<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 teaspoon meat finished with Jewish law salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the hamburger cut and garlic spread:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 (1-inch-thick) rib-eye or New York meat cuts (around 12 ounces each), or 1\/2 pounds go round<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>side steak,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut into two pieces<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 teaspoon meat finished with Jewish law salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 tablespoons (1\/2 stick) unsalted spread<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 unopened blossoms of tree garlic, minced<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 tablespoons cut recently created parsley leaves<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 teaspoon as not drained traversed awful electric flow, in addition to additional depending on the situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/ceraghaber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/2-53-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-752\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carefully add the potatoes, cut side down to the hot oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sprinkle with salt and allow to cook for 10 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Flip the potatoes to the other cut side and repeat the cooking for 10 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Set the potatoes to the side<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wipe the skillet out with a paper towel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Season each portion of steak with salt and pepper after wiping dry with paper towels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place the steaks into the hot pan and cook until the side does not stick, about 1 minute<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Turn the steaks each over and repeat for a total of four minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carefully add the butter into the pan and flip the steaks one more time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tilt the pan to pool the melted butter, add in the freshly minced garlic<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spoon the melted butter over the steaks, flip and repeat the basting<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place the steaks onto a cutting board to rest for 5 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meantime, stir in the parsley and the lemon juice into the pan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let this cool for a minute and taste, add more salt or lemon juice if needed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place the potatoes onto a serving dish<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Slice the steak, cross grain into slices \u00bd inch thick<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place on top of the potatoes and drizzle with the lemon and parsley liquid<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Serve and Enjoy!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>When you need a delicious dinner in a hurry, I\u2019ve got you covered with this skillet Steak and Potatoes recipe!
