Then there\u2019s my other love affair with Mexican food. So you know that I couldn\u2019t help combining my two loves into the most glorious one pot Mexican casserole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 Pound Ground Beef<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Small Onion, Diced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt &amp; Pepper, To Taste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Tablespoons Taco Seasoning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Cup Long Grain White Rice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 1\/2 Cups Beef Broth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 15 Ounce Can Corn, Drained<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 Ounces Tomato Sauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 Cup Salsa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Cup Shredded Cheese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How To Make ONE POT MEXICAN RICE CASSEROLE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cook the ground beef and onion together with salt and pepper to taste in a large skillet over medium high heat until beef is no longer pink. Drain grease if necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return the pan to the stove and sprinkle the beef with the garlic powder and taco seasoning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stir in the rice, broth, corn, tomato sauce, and salsa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bring mixture to a boil.
