What a refreshing treat this is!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 (3 oz.) package lemon jello<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cup boiling water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 cups graham cracker crumbs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cup granulated sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 tablespoons lemon juice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk, chilled<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How To Make&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/recipesneed.com\/no-bake-woolworth-icebox-cheesecake\/?fbclid=IwZXh0bgNhZW0CMTEAAR2uiN3oczRyFdOuMv7XhSVgpPSH7NL7O_tRf9lNXZnKFNqJSH7XWmpG-nM_aem_AdR5JHCme9y6oTa1hAPL-j5mzc68NKKL8CiAcaBJEPuy1Su_eiJUcyAaJjT347D5dwR6I9VvVkFimZ1eDLJx13Mc#\">&nbsp;No-Bake<\/a>&nbsp;Woolworth Icebox Cheesecake<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In a medium bowl, dissolve jello in boiling water. Let cool 5-10 minutes, or until slightly thick.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>While jello cools, mix 3\/4 graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a medium bowl, then press into the bottom of 9\u00d713-inch pan and set aside. Reserve remaining crumbs for topping.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a medium bowl, beat evaporated milk until whipped and fluffy. 2-4 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a separate, large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice together until smooth. Add in thickened jello, then fold in whipped evaporated milk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spread filling evenly over crust and top with reserved graham cracker crumbs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cover and chill at least 2 hours, or overnight.
