{"id":1341,"date":"2024-05-09T19:28:08","date_gmt":"2024-05-09T19:28:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/univerti.com\/?p=1341"},"modified":"2024-05-09T19:28:08","modified_gmt":"2024-05-09T19:28:08","slug":"lemon-cake-to-die-for","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipesw.com\/index.php\/2024\/05\/09\/lemon-cake-to-die-for\/","title":{"rendered":"Lemon Cake To Die For"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 box yellow cake mix<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 box instant lemon pudding<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2154 cup oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2154 cup water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tsp vanilla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tsp lemon zest<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Glaze:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cups Powdered sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tbsp butter, unsalted and melted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tbsp heavy whipping cream<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc cup lemon juice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pinch of lemon zest<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How To Make Lemon Cake To Die For<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preheat the oven to 350* and grease a 9\u00d713 baking pan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Combine the cake mix, pudding, oil, water, eggs, vanilla and lemon zest and mix together, just until combined<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spread evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, test with a toothpick<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set on wire rack to cool slightly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a mixing bowl, combine the powdered sugar, lemon zest, half of the lemon juice, whipping cream and butter.
