I love 7 Layer Dip, Caramelized Onion Dip, Avocado Ranch Dip, Easy Black Bean Dip, and Queso Dip\u2026just to name a few. One of my very favorites, at the top of the dip list, is this easy Bean Dip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is the ultimate bean dip recipe, made with refried beans, plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream), salsa, green chiles, lots of cheese, and taco spices. It is served warmed so the cheese is melty and OH SO GOOD!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This bean dip recipe is the perfect appetizer for game day, Cinco de Mayo, or any party! Everyone loves dipping into this cheesy, hot bean dip!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>16\u00a0oz\u00a0refried beans\u00a0(can use canned beans)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3\/4\u00a0cup\u00a0plain Greek yogurt or sour cream<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4\u00a0oz\u00a0can diced mild green chiles,\u00a0drained<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4\u00a0cup\u00a0salsa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00a0teaspoon\u00a0chili powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2\u00a0teaspoon\u00a0ground cumin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2\u00a0teaspoon\u00a0garlic powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4\u00a0teaspoon\u00a0onion powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4\u00a0teaspoon\u00a0paprika<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt and black pepper,\u00a0to taste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2\u00a0cups\u00a0shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese,\u00a0divided<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toppings: sliced green onion,\u00a0chopped cilantro, chopped avocado, sliced jalape\u00f1os, chopped grape tomatoes, queso fresco<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tortilla chips,\u00a0for serving<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instructions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a large bowl, combine the refried beans, Greek yogurt, green chiles, salsa, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir in 1 cup of the shredded cheese.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spread the bean mixture into an 8\u00d78-inch or 2-quart baking dish. Top with the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from the oven.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Top the bean dip with sliced green onion, cilantro, avocado, jalape\u00f1os, chopped tomatoes, and queso fresco.
