Ingredients:
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup cookies and cream vodka
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
- 1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- 1/4 cup whipped cream
- Whole Oreo cookies for garnish
Directions:
- Begin by scooping the vanilla ice cream into a mixing bowl. Allow it to sit at room temperature for about 5-10 minutes to soften slightly for easier mixing.
- Once the ice cream is softened, pour in the cookies and cream vodka. Use a spatula to gently fold the vodka into the ice cream until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies with the chocolate syrup. Mix until the cookies are evenly coated with the syrup.
- Take a silicone ice cube tray or silicone mold and spoon a small amount of the Oreo cookie mixture into each compartment, pressing it down firmly to create a base layer.
- Next, layer the vodka-infused ice cream mixture on top of the Oreo base in the molds, filling each compartment to the top.
- Add a dollop of whipped cream on top of the ice cream layer in each mold.
- Finish by placing a whole Oreo cookie on top of each vodka bomb for garnish.
- Cover the mold with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until the vodka bombs are completely frozen.
- Once frozen, carefully remove the vodka bombs from the molds.
- Serve the cookies and cream vodka bombs immediately for a fun and indulgent treat.
