Ingredients: Rooster – 1 pc. salt flour – 4 tbsp. Spoon egg – 1 pc. breadcrumbs – Article 5. tablespoons vegetable oil for frying   Cooking method: Rooster divided into portions, add salt it, roll in flour, then in beaten egg, then in breadcrumbs breaded. Fry the pieces on all sides until golden brown.
