Bolinus with tangerines


wheat flour – 1/2 cup of
yeast, dry – 1 tsp.
chocolate grated – 1/2 cup
Eggs – 4 pcs.
sugar – 1/2 cup
butter – for greasing forms
juice mandarin natural – 3 cups of
sugar – 1/3 cup
corn starch – 2 tsp.
water – 1/4 cup
tangerine whole – 1-2 pieces.


Cooking method:

To prepare the test beat egg whites to a white foam. Without stopping beating, gradually add sugar. Add the egg yolks and whisk a little more. Separately mix flour, chocolate and yeast, then combine with the mixture of egg and mix thoroughly.
The dough is spread out in small molds, greased with butter, put on a baking sheet and place in preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, released from molds and chill.

To prepare the syrup tangerine juice boil together with the sugar over high heat for 30 minutes. Pour the dissolved starch in water and warm over low heat until thickened.

Part of the finished syrup spread out on 8 plates, top place cooked products. Contents mandarin slices, pour the remaining syrup and serve.
