Ingredients:
bananas large – 4 pcs.
butter – 1 tbsp. spoon
yogurt – 4 tbsp. tablespoons
sugar – 3 tbsp. tablespoons
zest grated and juice of 1 lemon
rum – 2 tablespoons. tablespoons
nutmeg grated – 1 pinch
cinnamon minced – 1/4 tsp.
Cooking method:
Bananas peeled, cut into diagonal slices and put in a fireproof dish.
Melt butter, add the other ingredients, except the yogurt, and mix thoroughly. Pour the prepared mixture of bananas and place in a preheated moderate oven temperature.
Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot, sprinkling with yoghurt.
