Oysters -. 20 pieces
bacon – 4 slices of
onion, chopped – 1 large head
potatoes, cut into small cubes – 4 pcs.
milk – 1 1/2 cup
sour cream (or cream) – 3 tbsp. tablespoons
olive oil – 3 tbsp. tablespoons
parsley, chopped – 1 tbsp. teaspoon
ground black pepper
Oysters pour two cups of cold water, which will be used for cooking soup, and to open their shutters.
In a saucepan heat the oil and fry the bacon, then add the onion and fry it until golden brown. Bacon removed. In a saucepan pour the water out of oysters and 1 cup water, bring to a boil, put the potatoes and boil for 5 minutes, until the potatoes are soft.
Pour the hot milk, put the sour cream or cream, stir, quickly bring to a boil, add salt, add the oysters (they are placed in the least, as they should cook for no more than 3 minutes), bacon, bring to a boil and pepper, sprinkle with herbs and serve to the table in a hot or cold.
