Turkey wings with mushroom soup puree

Ingredients:

olive oil – 2 tbsp. spoon
* turkey wings – 2 kg
* Concentrate mushroom soup puree – 1 package
paprika – 1/2 tsp.
water – 1 1/2 cup
black pepper
salt

 

Cooking method:

Wings cut the turkey in the joints, remove the tips, fry with butter over moderate heat and pass on baking sheet.
The concentrate is diluted with water and at moderate heat bring to a boil. Then fill with paprika, pepper, salt, put on wings, cover with foil and bake in the oven at 175 ° C for 2 hours and 15 minutes.
