Tomatoes “Star”


tomatoes, large and dense – 4 pcs.
parmesan cheese, grated – 1/2 cup
mayonnaise – 1/2 cup
artichoke hearts, canned, chopped – 4 cup
capers, chopped – 2 tbsp. tablespoons
vegetable oil for greasing the pan


Cooking method:

The tomatoes make 3 incisions, leaving the resulting segments connected to the bottom of the tomatoes, remove the pulp, a little salt.
The remaining components are mixed. The resulting mixture to fill sliced tomatoes.

Put the tomatoes on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Then, remove from oven and let stand for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
