Tomato salad with sour milk

Ingredients:

horseradish root 40 grams
yogurt 40 grams
tomatoes 500 grams
parsley to taste
lettuce leaves to taste

 

Cooking method:

Tomatoes cut in half, lay the halves on lettuce leaves.
Sour milk with whisk on a fine grater grated horseradish and pour the tomatoes. Sprinkle with finely chopped greens.
