The sauce for lamb

About the recipe:

Lamb can be cooked with different sauces, which are not only accentuate the taste of the meat, but also give it new shades: with tomato, garlic, soy, sauce, mint and others. And we offer a recipe for sauce for lamb-based broth, cream and white wine, to which spices are added.

 

Ingredients:

onions 2 heads
beef broth 2 cups
thick cream 2 cups
white wine 2 cups
butter 1 st. a spoon
ground black pepper to taste
salt to taste

 

Cooking method:

Onions cut into cubes, pour boiling water, boil for 10 minutes and fold onions in a colander. .
Melt butter, add the onion, pour broth and wine, warm up for 10 minutes.

Sauce hot rub through a sieve, add the cream, salt and pepper. Warm, stir and cool.
