The delicacy of coconut with mango syrup


coconut milk – 2 1/2 cup
condensed milk – 1 cup of
cow’s milk-piece – 4 cups of
corn starch – 1 cup
olive oil – 1 tbsp. Spoon
mango, peeled and chopped into small pieces – 2 pcs.
sugar – 1 1/2 cups
juice 1/4 lemon
cinnamon Powdered -. 1/5 teaspoon
cloves minced – 1/5 tsp.


Cooking method:

Cow’s milk and condensed to connect with 2 cups of coconut and, stirring constantly, boil until thick. Then slowly add diluted in 1/2 cup coconut milk, starch, boil until a viscous mass. Cool, whisk until a stable foam, put in a greased form and cool.
To prepare the syrup to connect all of its components and, occasionally stirring, boil until tender mango (not digest), then cool.

Laid in the form of a mixture pour syrup and freeze.
