“Tanovobur” Soup


sour cream 2 liters
wheat 1.5 cups
onion 1 piece
cilantro 1 beam
dill 3 sprigs
butter to taste
flour 1 h. a spoon


Cooking method:

Boil until cooked wheat.
Onions fried in butter until transparent, add the flour and set aside.

Sour cream diluted with two liters of water (to avoid lumps, add the water gradually) added to it and boiled wheat, stirring constantly (to avoid clotted cream), bring to a boil. Then add the fried onions in the soup and half chopped herbs. Turn off the heat after 5 minutes, let cool slightly and pour the remaining herbs.

Before serving the soup to cool.
