“Syudlu-syyyg”

Ingredients:

Figure 1/2 cup
milk 4 cups
water 2 cups
butter 2 Art. spoons
sugar 1/2 cup
Powdered cinnamon 1 pinch
saffron 1 pinch
salt to taste

 

Cooking method:

Boil the rice in plenty of water until soft, then drain the water, rice, rinse. Milk bring to the boil, add the rice and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Sugar dissolved in water and boil. Port thread rice with sugar syrup, add the butter, cinnamon, saffron, salt and cook on low heat for 7 minutes.
