Sweet omelette with banana


Eggs 6 pieces
jelly 10 Art. spoons
sugar 2.1 h. spoons
olive oil 2 Art. spoons
brandy 1/4 cup
salt 1 pinch


Cooking method:

Beat eggs, then add the salt, sugar and whisk again.
Fry the omelette with butter on both sides, remove from heat. In the middle put the jelly omelet, fold omelet in half. Again put on the fire, pour the brandy, ignite and immediately bring to the table.
