Sun-dried tomatoes (2)


ripe tomatoes – 1.5 kg of
olive oil – 1/2 cup
sugar – 1/2 Art. tablespoons
marjoram grated -. 1 tsp
ground black pepper
salt – 1/2 Art. spoons


Cooking method:

Tomatoes cut in half and select seeds. Halves lay out on a baking sheet cut side up and place in a preheated 100 ° C oven for 1 hour, then refrigerate.
The oil mix thoroughly with sugar, salt and pepper. Sun-dried tomatoes are well moisten stuff with cooked mixture and sprinkle with marjoram.
