Steamed vegetables (2)


carrots, sliced spiral – 2 pcs.
green beans, sliced on the diagonal – 1 1/2 cup
parsley, chopped – 1/4 cup
butter – 1/4 cup
black pepper


Cooking method:

Carrots and beans boiled in water until tender, avoiding of cooking, and drain.
Boiled vegetables with salt and pepper and heat the butter over low heat.

Before serving, add the greens. Serve with beef fillet.
