Steamed seafood


shrimp, peeled – 500 g
clams in shells – 1 kg
squid peeled, sliced rings – 500 g
fillet of sea fish, cut into large chunks – 1 kg
Onions – 3 pcs.
tomatoes – 6 pcs.
Garlic – 4 cloves of
green coriander – 6 sprigs
vegetable oil – 1/2 cup
ground red pepper


Cooking method:

Onions, tomatoes, garlic and fresh herbs chop in a food processor and put out the butter over low heat until light golden brown.
Then add the shrimp, shellfish and squid, put the pieces of fish, salt and pepper, cover and warm, yet not unfold mollusk shells, and other components are not softened.

Serve with rice.
