Chicken (large) – 1/2 piece.

Chicken Grate 1 clove of garlic, powdered with salt.
The remaining garlic fry in oil until golden brown. Then add the chicken and fry it well until golden brown, stirring occasionally. After that, put the carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, onions, and pour 1 liter of water. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat. Add remaining water, rice, salt and simmer until cooked rice.
Then put the parsley, cover and remove from heat. Serve hot. Chicken can be removed from the soup and serve separately.
