Soup with pine nuts


pine nuts boiled – 1 kg
beef – 1 kg of
fat melted melted
onions – 2 heads of
garlic – to taste
Wheat flour – 1 cup of
marjoram chopped – to taste
cumin – to taste
water – 3 liters of
salt – to taste


Cooking method:

Onions and garlic grate and fry the bacon until golden brown. Add the meat, spices and stew. Then add 2 liters of water and boil for 40 minutes until cooked meat.
Pine nuts are clean. Half their amount together with 1 liter of water in a whip mixer together with the flour and a pinch of salt. The resulting mixture was put in the broth and, stirring slowly bring to a boil. Then add the remaining nuts and warm over low heat. Serve the soup hot.
