Soup with capers in Arabic


capers 140 grams
Onion 100 grams
tomato puree 2 Art. spoons
sour cream 2 Art. spoons
lemon 4 slices
green onion 2 Art. spoons
vegetable oil 2 Art. spoons
salt to taste


Cooking method:

Onions chop, fry, put in a broth, add the tomato puree, boil for 10-15 minutes, then put the capers and cook for another 10 minutes.
Before serving the soup to put lemon slices, season the soup with sour cream and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
