“Sarnapur”

Ingredients:

peas – 1/2 cup
rice – 1/4 cup
* matsun – 3 cups of
green coriander and mint – 1/2 bundle
tops beet – 8 leaves
salt to taste

 

Cooking method:

Peas go, wash 2-3 times in cold water, soak in cold water for 5-6 hours. Figure bust, wash 3-4 times in warm water, soak for 1 hour.
Pea boiled in 1 liter of water. Shortly before the willingness to add the rice.

Separately simmered in 0.5 liters of water chopped beet tops. Prepared components combine, season with finely chopped spicy greens, salt, boil for 3 minutes and cool. Before serving, enter matsun.
