Samsa with lamb and beef





puff pastry 1 pack
lamb 350 grams
Beef 350 grams
onions 2 pieces
cumin 2-3 pinches
black pepper to taste
salt to taste
vegetable oil 1 st. a spoon
egg 1 piece
sesame 2-3 pinches


Cooking method:

Roll out the dough a layer of 3-4 mm. Cut into squares of 10 by 10 cm (or more. This will determine the future size of the cake). Mutton and beef washed, cleaned of films and tendons.
All the meat is cut into small pieces. The smaller, the better (but not mince). Bridge the mutton with beef, add finely chopped onion, cumin, salt and pepper. To stir thoroughly.
Put the mixture on the dough squares so that you can wrap the edges. Wrap the top edge to the center and prischepnut from the corners to the center.
Coat a baking sheet with oil, samsa lubricate the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place the formed samsa on baking sheet and place in preheated oven to 170 degrees. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
