Salad

Ingredients:

eggplant – 2 pcs.
hot pepper – 2 pcs.
tomatoes – 1/2 pcs.
pepper large – 1 pc.
herbs (dill, coriander) – 1 bunch
oregano
garlic – 1-3 cloves of
onion sweet – 1 pc.
salt

 

Cooking method:

Eggplant, pepper, tomato bake in the oven or over an open fire. Remove the skins from the vegetables, finely chopped, chop the remaining ingredients, season with salt. Mix.
