Ingredients:

Cold smoked fish 200 grams

cabbage 200 grams
carrot 1 piece
sweet pepper 1 piece
onions 2 heads
canned green peas 80 grams
vegetable oil 4 Art. spoons
vinegar 3% 1 st. a spoon
parsley to taste
salt to taste

 

Cooking method:

1. Cut the cabbage into strips, season with vinegar and heat for 1-2 minutes, then cool.

2. Carrots and peppers, clean, cut into thin strips, fish fillet – sliced.

3. Connect the prepared products, add the finely diced onions, green peas, season with butter, salt and mix.
