Salad with mandarin oranges watercress


tangerines, peeled and white film – 4 pcs.
watercress, chopped – 1 cup
cheese, gorgonzola, grated – 1/2 cup (60 grams)
onion white, finely chopped – 1 small head of
onions purple, sliced into half rings – 1/2 head of
vegetable oil – 1/3 cup
orange juice – 1/4 cup
wine vinegar – 3 tbsp. spoons of


Cooking method:

For the sauce, whisk oil with orange juice, wine vinegar and chopped onion, salt.
Watercress connect with purple onions, season with a small amount of the prepared sauce, mix well and let stand for 1 hour.

The prepared mixture is passed on to a dish, spread out along the edges of slices of mandarin oranges, sprinkle the salad with cheese and serve with remaining sauce.
