Salad Tyrol





Cheese 200 grams
cucumber 200 grams
tomatoes 200 grams
salad 200 grams
vegetable oil 40 grams
3% vinegar 40 grams
salt to taste
mustard taste
sugar to taste
ground black pepper to taste


Cooking method:

Cheese cut into cubes, cucumber and tomatoes – slices, lettuce leaves – strips connect.
Oil mixed with vinegar, salt, mustard, sugar and pepper. The resulting sauce pour over salad and toss gently.
