Salad “Student”

Ingredients:

parsley 20 grams
sour cream 1 cup
egg 1 piece
cucumbers 2 pieces
carrot 1 piece
noodles 1 bag

 

Cooking method:

Vermicelli break into pieces, soaked in cream for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally.
When pasta is tender, add the finely diced carrots and cucumbers.

Add chopped herbs and seasoning packets of Rolton.
